Overview
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services provided by JLC Community Consulting may be rescheduled or canceled. Our goal is to maintain fairness, transparency, and respect for both our clients and consulting team.
Client Cancellations
Clients may cancel scheduled consultations or services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the agreed appointment or project start time. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial charge depending on preparation time and resources already allocated.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules may change. Clients are encouraged to request rescheduling as early as possible. Approved rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on consultant availability without additional fees when sufficient notice is provided.
Project-Based Services
For ongoing or project-based consulting engagements, cancellation terms will be governed by the signed service agreement. In most cases, clients will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Consultant Cancellations
In rare cases where JLC Community Consulting must cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the scope of work and timing of cancellation. Any approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with the agreed service terms.
